Please check in between 8:45 and 9:30 am on Saturday, June 14th at the clock tower behind Community Savings Bank at Robins Square. Entries will be assigned a number for judging at the parade registration table.

WAIVER Agreement *

In consideration of my participation in the Robins Roundup Parade 2025, I understand that the Robins Civic Club, Inc., the City of Robins, their employees, sponsors and all the people involved with the parade are not the insurers of my personal safety. Myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for my personal injury, property damage, loss or inconvenience by reason of their negligence in participation or sponsoring or planning or arranging the Robins Roundup parade and activities associated therewith. All entrants will be participants at their own risk. If applicant is under the age of 18, parent/guardian must acknowledge.

Safety Agreement *

Please do not throw candy from a moving motor vehicle or anything pulled by a motor vehicle. Please walk to pass out candy. Please operate your motor vehicle in a safe manner. No burnouts, spinouts or reckless behavior will be allowed. Please maintain a safe distance between you and the event in front of you.

Prior to your approach to the review stand hold your number up visibly facing the stand or place on the front of your float or vehicle. A spotter will be looking for it so that the announcer will be ready to read the details of your entry as you stop and slowly pass by. The judging stand will be in front of Community Savings Bank.
