In honor of our nation’s 250th Anniversary, Robins Civic Club is hosting a drawing for 10 households in the City of Robins to win a one-year subscription (2026 only) to the Toddville American Legion Post 674 Avenue of Flags.

Avenue of Flags Drawing — Official Rules

This drawing is held in honor of the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America and supports the Toddville American Legion Post 674 “Avenue of Flags” program. - Eligibility
- Open to households located within the City of Robins, Iowa.
- One entry per household.
- No purchase or donation is required to enter or win.

- Drawing Period
- Entries will be accepted beginning March 11.
- The drawing will close at 5:00 PM on April 22.
- Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

- Prize
- Ten (10) households will each receive a one-year subscription to the Toddville American Legion Post 674 Avenue of Flags.
- The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.

- Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected by random drawing after the close of the entry period.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

- Notification
- Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry.
- If a selected winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, an alternate winner may be selected.

- Acceptance of Prize
- By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow their household name to be announced by the Robins Civic Club for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law. The winners name and information will be given to Toddville American Legion Post 674 for installation of a flag on Memorial, 14th of June, 4th of July, Labor and Veterans Days in the year 2026. After 2026, it is the responsibility of the homeowner to continue the Avenue of the Flags program.
- By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow their household name to be announced by the Robins Civic Club for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law. The winners name and information will be given to Toddville American Legion Post 674 for installation of a flag on Memorial, 14th of June, 4th of July, Labor and Veterans Days in the year 2026.
